Details: Welcome to Southernlistic where Beauty and Sound come together. Southernlistic was established in 1998, by Bernard B. Southernlistic started out as just a hair salon. Later opening a photo studio with local photographer Sam Mushatt, adding graphic design and last was the DJ, sound and lighting services, to make Southernlistic a complete full service company for all events. We take PRIDE in giving the very best, and PROFESSIONALISM in all our services. We do everything within our power to make your visit/event the most memorable of all. Bernard B. has brought new and innovative styles and techniques to the world of hair. He has been in the industry for over 18yrs. He credits his talents and success to the Lord, God Jesus, Christ his Saviour, and many other talented stylist he has had the honor of working with which include Wayne Bussy, Robert Chennall, Dale Williams, Berry Fletcher, R. Lazan, R. Kelly, Bad Boy, Muffin,Cool C. The whole BBD Style Team. which Bernard B was a member of for 10yrs. (1997-2007) His creativity has allowed him to win many competitions,credits and awards including Detroit Hair Grammy, Florida's Best New Stylist (1996). He has worked with Celebrities like, Faith Evens, Lil Kim, Sommore(comedian), Larry Blackman(Cameo), T-Pain(rapper/producer) and Mary J. Blige(singer) He has travelled thoughout the U.S., and a broad including Paris, London, Africa and the Bahamas teaching advanced classes and product knowledge for companies like, Epitome, Silky Straight, and The Legendary Hair Gangsters, BBD Products. He also appeared in several publications (magazines)
