Details: The building that houses the Stylist has a long and storied history. In the 1930’S it was built to house radio station FDA. KFXD was one of the earliest radio stations in Idaho. Later the building became a private residence.
In 1970 the building was purchased to create The Stylist Salon. One of the original employees, Kathy Ingram, was fresh out of beauty school and filled with hope and enthusiasm. After six years of service she decided to purchase the salon and make it her own. One of the biggest changes was the addition of the Sanctuary.
