Wakefield Nails, Raleigh NC

Wakefield Nails is the absolute WORST nail salon I've ever been to! I've been getting my nails done consistently for the past 2 years and never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. I sat down to have my gel nails filled and my mother sat down 10 minutes later. The nail tech started taking my polish off and when he was finished with one hand another girl came in and he just got up said nothing and left me sitting there for over an hour to do her nails!!! When I finally had enough I got up and told them I would be taking my business else where and they started yelling at me and still tried to charge me for a fill when I had one hand of polish taken off! The woman working on my mom's nails started slamming the equipment down and continued to yell at me! To put in perspective how long I was actually waiting my mom had an ENTIRE FILL IN done and I was still waiting to have my polish taken off! It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a nail salon actually the worst customer service I've had period!!!! I NEVER write reviews, but after the way I was treated today I just feel like it is necessary! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone because of how poorly I was treated.. I am completely DISGUSTED!!!!! They even REFUSED to even apologize to me and started telling me I was the one who was wrong!!! Shame on you Wakefield Nails for treating your customers with such disrespect - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
