the worst place for nails evvvveeerr!!!! "hide your kids, hide your wife, hide your grandma & any other woman you care about away from this place because its a total crap**** of a nail shop. management is the meanest of them all. oh, trust me you'll know her by the disgusting way of speaking she has towards customers and I'm pretty sure the complaints about that woman who rushes through doing nails and have them looking like trash afterward- that's the manager folks. so if the manager is rude, belittling, and behaves like a jerk-***/ a**hole, how do you expect those under her to respond to customers? there's no responsibility taken for bad behavior, naturally, because look who they work for a terrible employer with very poor customer service and management skills. and then has the nerve to charge top dollar for shitty work and shitty service. the only thing probably keeping them employed is that they're located inside of colonial mall. the sad part is, I went to another nail shop and spoke about my experience at this place and two women there knew exactly what I was speaking about because their experience was very similar, and could literally match who I was referring to. now that's just plain sad. even better is how she pretends to not know any English when you speak to her, until she's ready to be disrespectful-in English. once again everyone, take your money somewhere else. this service was so terrible that this literally my first time I have ever written a review and I have wanted to write reviews for other places before but never have. but this place literally takes the cake at horribly, disgusting service. I have never been treated with this level of horrible treatment. I started wondering if maybe she just didn't like people of color... I don't know but her behavior was unwarranted and totally uncalled for and totally random as well. so I was really left in awe. Since then I've found a better place. please please please go to L & T nails instead ( address: 4400 Linglestown rd, unit 202, Harrisburg, pa 17112, (717)412-7970). I absolutely love them. they do ammmmaazzinngg work and are friendly and respectful people with much better prices and have a much much better atmosphere in their shop .and they do not rush their work. they take their time to do it right. please support them instead. that's my recommendation. anyone claiming to have had a great experience at this place probably has no grid for what good service actually looks and feels like. I mean to see for yourself, look at their customer ratings. 

look at what someone else wrote about the owner, in the yellow pages, in July 2012 . that means this entire time she has not changed . look at what she literally quoted to this ma. who speaks to people like this ?!
