Salon Courtesies
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. For your ultimate comfort, please be on time for your appointment, as we can accommodate our guests with a most relaxing experience. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all Spa appointments. A major credit card is needed to guarantee packages or multiple appointments totaling over $100. To maintain a relaxing environment for all, please use discretion and provide proper supervision when bringing children.

Notes: I have been using LnL for over 20yrs......guess that states my opinion doesn#39;t it! i find the salon very professional. If I do have a cocnern with a product or service simply mentioning it to staff brings a swift and satisfactory correction or exchange
